Vietnam Evisa Online has 3 types of transport for airport transfer services including:
7-seat car (Economy) – can fit from 1 to 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage
16-seat car (Economy) – can fit from 1 – 8 passengers and 8 pieces of luggage.
4-seat car (Luxury) – can fit from 1 to 2 passengers and 2 pieces of luggage.
They are all for Private Airport Transfer Services, which means you do not have to share the vehicle with anyone else, apart from your driver, yourself, family or friends.
Since Vietnam Evisa Online website mainly uses Paypal and Onepay payment gates. If you cannot make the via one of them, please go back to your booking and choose.
This should be the arrival time on your flight ticket.
In this case, you cannot adjust your current booking with us. Hence, please feel free to make another booking and payment. We only count and process the booking with the successful payment.
Our staff or representative will wait for you at the arrival hall with “Your Name” on a welcome board. Then guide you through the custom and bag claim points. Afterwards, our staff will lead you to see the driver, who is waiting for you at Column 10 at Tan Son Nhat International Airport – Ho Chi Minh City Airport and will be transferring you to your hotel/accommodation.
This is very important to not only us, but also you. Since we only follow the information you have summited to us while you are making a booking. If you do not double check to ensure it is correct and confirm to us. We will not be able to take any responsibility for affecting your booking.
You can fill your information including flight number, time, hotel name, and address in the “Note” text box during the checkout.
Paypal
Check your browser whether it allows pop-ups or not. Once you click “Book Now” on the Checkout page, a pop-up will appear where you can log in to your account. Moreover, you can choose debit or credit payment without accessing your Paypal account.
OnePay
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
If you cannot find the payment page upon clicking “Book Now”, please refresh the page or try it later. If your card is declined, please try a different card and make sure online transaction service is enabled.
To book fast track with us, please send all information including your name, number of people, Flight details, and your Visa (if any)via visa@vietnam-evisa.org.
We will send you the link to settle the payment, then arrange the staff to help you at the airport.
The Fast track fee is 30$/pax
There is no requirement of the day interval between 2 stays, you can leave and reenter Vietnam as many as you wish with your valid passport and Visa.
In this case you will be fined by the Immigration due to your overstaying.
At the moment we cannot extend the Visa. You need to go to the Immigration department to pay for the fine and get the exit stamp.
At the moment, Our agent cannot extend the Visa. You can go to the nearest Vietnam Immigration for assistance, or can leave Vietnam via the border and re-enter with a new E-Visa. Otherwise, you will be fined by the Immigration Office when you leave for your overstaying.
The validity period of your e-Visa begins from the date specified in your approved e-Visa document. You can enter Vietnam on any date within this validity period.
You cannot use these travel documents to apply for the E-Visa. You need to have the Ordinary/ Official/ diplomatic passport to apply.
It depends on how crowded the airport is at that time. Normally, It will take 10-15 minutes, which is still significantly quicker than waiting in line.
You will need an entry visa to travel to Vietnam if your nationality is not named in the Vietnam visa exemption list below:
Visa-free less than 30 days: Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia (*).
Visa-free less than 21 days: Philippines (*).
Visa-free less than 14 days: Brunei, Myanmar (can enter and exit Vietnam many times (*).
Visa-free less than 45 days: Japan, South Korean, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Belarus, Germany, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Italy (**).
Note:
+ Citizens from these countries can enter and exit Vietnam many times.
From 15 Aug 2023, E-Visa is vaid for 42 eligible ports . You can enter Vietnam via any port without any issues.
To apply for a visa to Vietnam, your passport must have at least 6-month-validity. Therefore, if your passport is about to expire, please get a new one before applying for your visa in order to avoid unwanted problems at the airport.
In case your passport has expired, you have to get it renewed before making a visa application. The reason is that according to Vietnam regulation, the passport must be at least 6 months valid from your entry date or else you will not be allowed to enter Vietnam.
Your picture must follow the following criteria:
1) The face of the applicants must be a neutral expression, without smiling or frowning
2) Your photos must be taken within 6 months of the application date. (Dated stamp is not necessary but does not show a photo that is dramatically different from your current look.)
3) Photos must be taken against a white background and printed on quality photo paper
4) You cannot wear any kind of glasses when taking these photos
5) Veins, hats, and scarfs are strictly prohibited, and any other accessories that cover your ears or foreheads
6) Passport size photos: strictly be 4 x 6 cm
Stamping fee is a fee which directs payment to Vietnam Immigration Officer at the arrival Airport to get your visa stamp. This is a fixed amount to pay for the Vietnam Government.
Cash is recommended to prepare before you arrive at any Vietnamese airport. It’s about :
$25 USD for a single entry visa, from 1 to 3 months single visa
$50 USD for less than 6 months of multiple entries visa.
$95 USD for 6 months multiple entries visa to less than 1-year multiple entries.
For a convenient reason, you prepare cash to pay stamping fee before entering Vietnamese airports because you cannot pay by credit card, in case that there is no international ATM in the airport.
Visa approval letter is a document issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Public Security) that permits foreigners to enter and exit Vietnam in a given period of time. With the visa approval letter, you can get onto your plane and pick up your visa upon arrival at one of the three international airports in Vietnam (Hanoi, Hochiminh City and Da Nang).
The only major difference between these two is the number of entries.
With reference to the single entry visa, you are allowed to enter Vietnam only ONCE during your visa validity. After exiting Vietnam, your visa will be automatically invalid and you have to reapply for a visa if you want to visit Vietnam again.
With reference to multiple entries visa, you can enter and exit Vietnam without being limited during your visa validity.
Vietnam Visa on arrival is the type of visa picked up at Vietnam airports such as Noi Bai (Ha Noi), Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Da Nang, and Cam Ranh.
Visa on arrival (VOA) is the most convenient way to obtain a Vietnam visa without wasting too much time. When applying for Vietnam visa upon arrival, your visa approval letter will be issued by Vietnam Immigration Department. Thus, it's a legitimate document and fully supported by the Vietnamese Government.
With Visa on arrival, tourists will get their Vietnam visa stamped at Vietnam Airports so it's applicable to air travellers only. However, you are free to exit at any ports.
